Delivery Policy

Digital service — no physical shippingRequired disclosure under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and our payment-processor onboarding requirements.

1. What is delivered

DigiSurf Academy is a fully digital service. No physical goods are shipped, packaged, or couriered. Your purchase grants time-bound access to:

  • The web application at app.digisurfacademy.com (and mirrors) for the duration of your plan (7 / 30 / 90 days)
  • AI scoring of Writing and Speaking attempts within that window
  • Full mock test access, sectional drills, community features, and history within that window
  • A payment receipt emailed to the email on your account after payment

2. Delivery timing

Pro access is delivered instantly on successful payment confirmation:

  • Razorpay payment confirmation activates your account typically within 30 seconds of successful payment.
  • Worst-case (webhook retry, intermittent network), allow up to 30 minutes for Pro features to appear in your dashboard.
  • You will receive a payment receipt by email after your payment is confirmed.

3. If access does not appear

If 30 minutes after a successful payment your dashboard still shows the Free tier:

  1. Sign out and sign back in (refreshes the access cache).
  2. Check your spam folder for the payment receipt (confirms the payment went through).
  3. Email info@digisurfaustralia.com.au with your account email and the transaction ID. We will manually activate Pro within 1 business day and apologise.
  4. If the delay exceeds 24 hours and we have not activated, you qualify for a full refund under Refund Policy §3.

4. Geographic availability

The service is available worldwide subject to internet access and applicable export-control / sanctions law. Customers in jurisdictions where IELTS preparation services are restricted by law are responsible for verifying local legality before purchase. We do not currently restrict access by country.

5. Service-origin disclosure

Service operated by DigiSurf Australia Pty Ltd for all customers, including users in India (CP-E-Commerce Rules 2020 §6(5)(d) disclosure).

6. Account access during plan

You may sign in from any device. Concurrent active sessions are permitted but account sharing or pooling (multiple natural persons on one account) is a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy and may result in suspension.

7. What ends at plan expiry

  • Pro-gated content (full mocks, unlimited sectional attempts, AI scoring on new attempts) — access ends.
  • Your existing scoring history, attempt review, and exported data — remain available indefinitely (subject to Privacy §7 retention).
  • Community-published recordings / essays — remain visible to other users unless you delete the attempt.
